I’ve been involved with the business since 2009, and what a ride it’s been!

It’s been an incredible journey, but it all started in a bit of an unexpected way. I was working for a UK firm that was winding down a gaming affiliate partnership business when Richard approached me with an opportunity. I took a leap, and, well, the rest is history!

What I love most about my job is the people. We’ve got such a fantastic team here. I’ve worked with some of them for years, and seeing what we’ve achieved together has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. There’s a real sense of camaraderie and pride in what we do, which makes every day exciting. Honestly, there’s never a dull moment.

My role is all about keeping things on track. I oversee finance and administration across the Group, making sure everything moves in the right direction. It’s a big job, but I love being part of something that’s always evolving. I’m particularly proud of how we’ve been able to grow as a company, constantly coming up with new ideas and projects and turning them into something real for our customers. There’s no shortage of things to celebrate—there are just too many achievements to count!

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is being involved in bringing new projects to life. I also really enjoy working with our growing team and watching them develop. That’s what keeps me motivated every day. I’m naturally wired to give my best, and this role definitely keeps me on my toes.

If I had to describe my job in one word, it would be dynamic. That sums up what it’s like to work here, fast paced, ever changing, and exciting.
