I’m Rossella, and I serve as the Chief Technical Project Officer at the company. My journey here began in June 2022 when I joined as a Project Manager. Though new to the online gaming industry, I brought with me a wealth of experience from the crypto sector, which has provided me with a unique perspective and skill set in tackling this dynamic field.

One of the things I love most about my job is its ever-changing nature. No two days are alike, and with each new challenge comes the thrill of fresh achievements. Working alongside a team of hardworking individuals who I now consider friends makes the experience even more fulfilling. My role is integral to the company’s success, as I ensure that resources are used productively and teams focus on the right projects and priorities to drive our goals forward.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to a wide array of exciting projects. We’ve expanded the platform to support multi-currency functionality, integrated numerous partners to enrich our game offerings, launched sportsbooks, and introduced a VIP program. We’ve also developed and released highly successful minigames like Plinko99. Each project holds a special place in my heart, making it hard to single out just one as my favorite. The most rewarding challenges, however, come from seeing users respond positively to the changes and new features we work so hard to implement.

What motivates me daily is my team. Supporting them, simplifying their day, and ensuring they have clear priorities and achievable goals is what drives me to give my best. Since joining, I’ve grown immensely, both personally and professionally. I’ve had the chance to work on different projects across various aspects of the company. For instance, when I first joined WowVegas, the site was still in its infancy, and I worked closely with a very small team to build it from the ground up. Later, moving to Metawin introduced me to a much larger team of developers, presenting new challenges and opportunities that have been incredibly rewarding.
