Treasury Manager

We work AI first. We're not held back by legacy systems or conventional thinking, and we use automation, data and smart tooling to move faster across every part of the business. Our finance function is lean, hands on and central to how we scale.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to own the full cash and digital asset lifecycle across a multi entity, multi brand group. You'll make sure funds move safely, efficiently and on schedule, across both fiat rails and blockchain networks.

It's part daily execution, part building the infrastructure and controls that let us scale. You'll work closely with Accounts Payable, Compliance and Product, and your impact will be visible from day one. Real assets, real decisions, and the room to build the treasury function your way as the group grows.

What You'll Own

Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Maintain daily cash positions across group entities, in both fiat and crypto.

  • Own weekly and rolling cash forecasts, flagging liquidity gaps early.

  • Execute intercompany funding movements and FX conversions.

Crypto and Wallet Operations

  • Manage custodial wallet balances, and monitor and report on Web3 wallet balances.

  • Monitor on chain settlement flows, identifying and resolving stuck or failed transactions.

  • Coordinate sweeps from deposit accounts into treasury controlled wallets.

Banking and Payments

  • Manage relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs and crypto payment processors.

  • Ensure timely settlement of player withdrawals and affiliate and supplier payouts.

  • Partner with Accounts Payable to make sure invoices are paid on time.

  • Oversee reconciliation between payment provider reports and internal ledgers.

Risk and Controls

  • Maintain and improve treasury policies, including wallet controls, signing thresholds and concentration limits.

  • Support AML and Compliance with transaction monitoring and reporting.

Reporting and Automation

  • Build and maintain treasury dashboards for senior management.

  • Drive automation of manual workflows such as reconciliation, balance reporting and sweep scheduling, using AI and scripting where it makes sense.

  • Support month end close and audit requests.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years in a treasury, finance operations or payments role.

  • A strong understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics.

  • Experience managing multi currency, multi entity cash positions.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for cash modelling, and confidence building or using treasury dashboards.

  • A solid grasp of AML obligations in a payments or gaming context.

  • Sharp attention to detail and a systematic approach to reconciliation.

  • The ability to prioritise across competing operational demands without dropping the ball.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes or other regulated gaming environments.

  • Hands on experience with the Fireblocks crypto custody platform.

  • Familiarity with the iplicit accounting platform.

  • Scripting or automation skills (Apps Script, Python, SQL) for treasury workflows.

  • Knowledge of MiCA or UK and EU crypto regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience managing affiliate or B2B settlement programmes.

  • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok in your day to day work.
