About the Role

New Brand. New Product. Big Opportunity.

We’re launching a brand-new crypto casino and looking for a Streamer Manager who lives and breathes creators, crypto, and live content. Your mission is simple: find great streamers, build real relationships, and help turn those partnerships into meaningful growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the freedom to shape our streamer program from day one. This will suit you if you’re plugged into Web3 culture, know how creator deals actually work, and enjoy building things from scratch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Finding & Signing Creators

• Discover and onboard streamers across crypto, Web3, gambling, and gaming

• Build a steady pipeline of creators on Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and X

Leading the Streamer programme

• Create and run our streamer acquisition and activation plan

• Set simple, scalable processes for outreach, onboarding, and growth

Managing Relationships

• Be the go-to contact for all partnered streamers

• Keep creators motivated, active, and aligned with the brand

Activating Campaigns

• Give creators the tools, assets, and info they need to make great content

• Coordinate promotions, giveaways, new game launches, and special events

Working With the Team

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design to roll out streamer led campaigns

• Help bring ideas like tournaments, leaderboards, and rewards to life

Tracking What Works

• Monitor performance across traffic, FTDs, NGR, engagement, and ROI

• Use data to double down on what’s working and fix what’s not

Keeping It Clean

• Make sure deals align with our transparent, on-chain values

• Ensure fair terms, proper disclosures, and ethical creator marketing

What Success Looks Like

• A growing group of streamers actively promoting the brand

• Strong visibility in the crypto and gambling streaming scene

• Clear value from every creator partnership

• Consistent streamer led activations every month

• Happy creators who stick around and keep performing

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or BD (crypto, gaming, or streaming preferred)

• Solid connections in the streaming and creator world

• Strong communication and deal making skills

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup

• Data-minded with a practical approach to performance and optimisation
