Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in the crypto casino space, specifically focusing on building and nurturing relationships with live streamers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crypto, Web3, and gaming, and will be responsible for attracting and engaging creators to promote MetaWin. This role combines strategy, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and visibility for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Creator Acquisition

• Identify, source, and onboard top-tier creators in the crypto, Web3, gambling, and streaming verticals.

• Maintain an active pipeline of high-potential streamers and influencer prospects across platforms such as Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and X.

2. Strategy Ownership

• Develop and execute a streamer acquisition and activation roadmap aligned with MetaWin’s growth goals.

• Define best practices for outreach, onboarding, and scaling creator partnerships.

3. Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnered creators.

• Support, align, and nurture partnerships to increase activity, loyalty, and retention.

4. Creator Enablement & Activation

• Equip creators with necessary tools, assets, and support to deliver compelling MetaWin content.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creators have access to promotional campaigns, games, updates, and giveaways.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to co-create and deploy creator-led campaigns, including tournaments, leaderboard promotions, and reward-based incentives.

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor and report on key KPIs such as traffic, FTDs (First Time Deposits), NGR (Net Gaming Revenue), viewer engagement, and campaign ROI.

• Use data to inform ongoing strategy and improve partnership performance.

7. Deal Integrity & Brand Alignment

• Ensure all partnership deals align with MetaWin’s transparent, on-chain ethos.

• Champion fair deal structures, proper creator disclosures, and ethical marketing practices.

Key Objectives:

• Build and scale a roster of high-performing creators who actively promote MetaWin.

• Establish MetaWin as a desirable partner within the streaming and gambling creator community.

• Ensure each signed creator contributes measurable value in terms of brand visibility, traffic, and/or FTDs.

• Launch a consistent cadence of creator-led campaigns and activations each month.

• Maintain strong working relationships and reduce churn among top-performing creators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development within the crypto, gaming, or streaming industries.

• Strong network of contacts within the streaming and creator community.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
