Overview

We’re looking for a project lead to run MetaWinners, our flagship NFT community. This isn’t a passive role, we need someone who can own the brand voice, drive culture with memes, and partner with other Web3 communities to grow MetaWinners into one of the most recognized and engaged projects in the space.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–6 years in community management, marketing, or growth roles within crypto/Web3.
• NFT Native: Deep understanding of NFT culture, memes, and community dynamics.
• Creative Voice: Can create memes, threads, and posts that actually resonate with CT (Crypto Twitter and NFT collectors).
• Connector: Strong network or ability to forge partnerships with other NFT and crypto communities.Mindset: 
• Energetic, plugged into trends 24/7, thrives on building hype and keeping engagement high.

Responsibilities

• Run MetaWinners day-to-day: community updates, announcements, campaigns.
• Create original memes and cultural content that drives engagement and spreads organically.
• Develop collabs and partnerships with other NFT and Web3 communities.
• Organize community events: AMAs, giveaways, collab mints, meme contests.Keep Telegram, Discord, and X active, fun, and always on-brand.
• Be the voice and personality of MetaWinners across socials.
• Provide feedback to leadership on community sentiment, trends, and opportunities.
