Overview
We’re looking for a social media operator to take full ownership of our X (Twitter) presence. The role is about more than just posting, it’s about building influence in crypto, driving conversations, and engaging with the community in real time.
You’ll be the voice of the brand on X: growing the audience, amplifying campaigns, and engaging with traders, influencers, and degens across the space.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–4 years in social media management, preferably in crypto, Web3, or fintech.
Crypto-Native: You understand the culture of CT (Crypto Twitter) memes, alpha, influencers, and how narratives spread.Engager: Not just a poster. You’re active in threads, replies, and quote tweets to keep the account visible.
AI-First: Comfortable using Claude/AI tools to help draft posts, generate memes, or analyze trending narratives.
Mindset: Fast, witty, irreverent when needed. You understand attention is the currency.

Responsibilities
Own and operate the brand’s X presence end-to-end.
Create, schedule, and publish daily posts (memes, updates, announcements, threads).
Engage with crypto communities influencers, traders, and partner projects.Spot and react to trending narratives quickly, inserting the brand into conversations.Coordinate with content/video teams to push out Veo/AI video assets.
Build relationships with key CT personalities through replies, DMs, collabs.
Monitor analytics and growth metrics; iterate based on what hits.
