Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated AI video creator to produce high-frequency, high-quality short-form content using tools like Veo 3 and other next-gen AI video platforms. The role is about speed, creativity, and consistency, we want someone who can constantly push out content, experiment with prompts, and refine a recognizable visual style for our brand.

Candidate Profile

Experience:
2–5 years in video editing, design, or creative production.
Prior work with AI video tools is a major plus.AI-First Mindset: Comfortable generating video using Veo, Runway, Pika, or similar platforms.
Creative Drive: Strong storytelling sense, ability to turn prompts into cinematic visuals that stop people scrolling.
Technical Fit: Can handle exporting, resizing, captioning, and formatting content for X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Mindset: Fast-moving, experimental, and consistent, doesn’t wait for perfect, pushes content daily.

Responsibilities
Generate and publish short-form AI videos daily across social platforms.
Use Veo (and related AI tools) to create cinematic, futuristic, and on-brand content.
Work with the marketing team to align video themes with campaigns (tokens, games, ecosystem announcements).
Optimize videos for engagement: captions, hooks, music sync, aspect ratios.
Build a repeatable style library of Veo prompts, themes, and workflows for consistent output.
Experiment aggressively, test 20 versions, double down on the 1 that pops.
