Role Overview: The Compliance Office / EDD Analyst ensures that the organisation's operations and products comply with all relevant gaming laws, regulations, policies, and licensing requirements. This role involves monitoring, reviewing, and implementing compliance programs, providing regulatory guidance, conducting audits, and reporting findings to maintain integrity and prevent legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to Fraud Manager and works closely with Fraud Team Lead to align on procedures used to KYC and EDD customers.
- Improve internal procedures regarding due diligence on customers, based on their purchase history and patterns.
- Manage the daily DD process on customers.
- Perform big winner checks based on redemption schedule.
- Keep external policies like AML, CFT, Data Protection policies up to date and in alignment with internal procedures.
- Align company wide customer facing procedures.
- Manage Payment and other external tools by enforcing strong guidelines.
- Provide AML training to employees – new starters and repeated annual training (as per AML policy).
- Responsible for iSAR procedures and training staff.
- Help Payments, Fraud and CS teams with template wording for customer review.
- Assist Head of Payments with completing underwriting tasks to onboard providers.
- Support colleagues internally with compliance related questions.
Must have:-
Experience – 1 year + in compliance or Fraud & Risk environment. iGaming beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Advantage - Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
