About the opportunity

We’re building Hit.com into the most intelligent, automated, and innovative real-money gaming platform in the world and this role centres around scaling Hit.com into a global category leader through AI

The Role

As Chief AI Officer you will lead all AI architecture, productisation, and internal automation across the group, starting with Hit.com. You’ll design systems, deploy agents, and build the team to execute the most advanced AI strategy in gaming.

AI Infrastructure

• Own the AI stack: OpenAI, Claude, vector databases, LangChain, local inference, RAG pipelines

• Architect scalable backend systems for real-time recommendations, risk profiling, CRM, and fraud detection

• Optimise latency, cost, and observability

Automation & Agents

• Build AI agents for:

• Influencer and affiliate outreach

• Support and player onboarding

• Bonus logic, churn prevention, smart CRM

• Automate internal ops: dashboards, reporting, customer analysis, campaign triggers

Game & Platform AI

• Collaborate with product/dev to integrate AI into games:

• Dynamic odds engines

• Personalised wagering environments

• Real-time PvP features enhanced by LLMs

• Experiment fast: deploy MVPs, track performance, iterate aggressively

Leadership & Execution

• Hire and lead a lean, elite AI team (prompt engineers, infra, data scientists)

• Own AI hiring, vendor management, and agency oversight

• Work daily with CEO and core product team, full access, no red tape

AI Governance

• Implement internal policies for ethical AI use

• Stay ahead of regulation around AI, gaming, and automated decision-making

Ideal candidate will have

• 5+ years in applied AI/ML with shipped products at scale

• Deep experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-world AI systems

• Proven ability to execute quickly, build lean, and scale hard

• Bonus if you’ve worked in: online gaming, casino tech, programmatic marketing, or predictive systems

• Must be based in Miami full-time
