Role Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payments Operations Analyst to join our Payments Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer redemptions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Excel formulas and Google Sheets, a high degree of attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, reconcile, and process high-volume redemptions across multiple payment options.

• Analyze payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Build and maintain complex spreadsheets and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Develop and apply advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables) to support data analysis and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Customer Support, Product, Fraud) to enhance payment workflows and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Maintain documentation of payment procedures and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements related to payment processing.

• Processing customer redemptions in timely manner to meet internal SLAs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in payments, finance operations, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong command of advanced formulas and functions.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work with large datasets accurately.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with payment systems, financial reconciliation, or fintech tools is beneficial.

• Experience working in iGaming is essential.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
