Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organised Promotions & Community Manager to take ownership of our promotional calendar and community engagement across key social platforms, including Discord and Twitter. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising promotions that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement. At the same time, you will be the voice of the brand within the community—fostering meaningful connections, responding to player feedback, and amplifying campaigns through social dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise market research to propose innovative and competitive promotions.
• Use analytical resources to identify customer insights and business opportunities.
• Develop, manage, and optimise the promotional calendar in line with business goals.
• Coordinate with operation, and design teams to execute promotions across all channels.
• Manage community-focused campaigns across Discord, Twitter and other social channels.
• Monitor community sentiment and surface player feedback to relevant teams.
• Support major launches and competitions with tailored promotions and community strategy.
• Track and report on performance of both promotions and community engagement.
• Identify and engage power users, influencers, and advocates to drive organic growth.
• Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all community channels.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in iGaming, Web3, and online communities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in promotions, community management, or digital marketing (preferably in igaming or entertainment).
• Strong understanding of player engagement and promotional mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Discord and Twitter community building.
• Excellent written communication and content ideation skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and timelines.
• Comfortable using performance data to optimise campaigns and engagement.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
