The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team and work exclusively on Fanbase. You’ll be at the forefront of designing new features and continuously improving existing ones to ensure a cohesive and exceptional user experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing platform and have a direct impact on its success.

What You'll Do

• Design New Features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and deliver new features that delight users and align with our vision.
• Optimize Existing Features: Continuously analyze and refine existing features, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and functionality.
• Maintain Consistency: Uphold and evolve Fanbase's design system to maintain visual and experiential consistency across the platform.
• Champion the User: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and advocate for user-centric solutions that address real needs.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer or similar role, ideally in web apps or platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Figma (or equivalent) for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
• A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
