Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and experienced Live Casino Manager to join our rapidly growing Crypto Casino. Reporting directly to the Head of Gaming, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of operations, drive process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of performance and player satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Live Gaming product and deliver outstanding experiences to players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of MetaWin Live Casino, monitoring player activity and key performance indicators, in addition to coordinating with studio providers, customer support
• Manage Live Casino game releases and new supplier integrations
• Work with the retention team and other marketing stakeholders for promotional plans that support activities on the games
• Act as a liaison between MetaWin and third-party Live Casino suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of product enhancements
• Own game performance analysis and KPI reporting, including customer level analysis to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure all Gaming content on the website is displayed correctly, is current, and adheres to brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop a methodology for advantage play and bonus abuse prevention
• Handle all escalated Live Casino queries from CS and VIP
• Be on top of industry trends and best practices in Web3/casino gaming and player engagement

Qualifications/Skills:

• Passionate about Live Casino, with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and in particular Live Casino trends
• Experience in new game launches, roadmap management and/or supplier management
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with highly demanding VIP players and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
